MFC in Derry receive significant volumes of garments in high-quality cardboard boxes — boxes perfectly suited for reuse in Hope365’s collection activities. Instead of entering the waste stream, these materials are now being redirected to support a charitable cause.
MFC’s Operations Manager, Neil Forester , was pleased to see the boxes put to meaningful use, and a regular supply arrangement is now in place.
Michael Holmes, CEO of Hope365, welcomed the connection, noting the value of collaboration between organisations and the potential for further partnerships in the future — with additional resource requests already being explored.
