This month, both artists continued their creative engagement with communities in the Triax and Faughan areas.

Artitude was delighted to be a part of Reuse and Repair Week 2026, hosting two engaging, hands-on textile workshops that celebrated creativity, sustainability, and the value of giving materials a second life.

May was a vibrant and inspiring month for the Artitude project, with communities coming together through creativity, nature, conversation and collective exploration of climate, culture and circularity. 

This month, our focus took us to Faughan Valley. At its heart is resident artist Julie Griffith, whose practice as an activist, cultivator, and educator brings a deeply thoughtful and hands on approach to engaging with people and place.
