At NIRN we believe in sustainable Reuse and Repair as an effective way of tackling NI’s waste generation and actively want to encourage more people and organisations to get involved.

There are three ways for organisations to get involved in the the network.

NIRN Membership Policy

Full Members

This membership category is for Social Enterprises, Community and Voluntary groups that operate in reuse or repair in Northern Ireland

Benefits include :

  • Full access to our members’ pages
  • Regular alerts featuring information on funding, training and events
  • A voice on NIRN policy developments
  • Full access to network meetings and networking events
  • Marketing & promotion
  • Participation in conferences, events and research projects
  • Listing on NIRN website

Full Membership Cost: First year free, then £50 per year

Affiliate Members

Affiliate members include local authorities, statutory bodies that operate in Northern Ireland

Benefits include:

  • Full access to our members’ pages
  • Regular alerts featuring information on funding, training and events
  • Access to some network meetings and networking events
  • Marketing and promotion
  • Participation in conferences, events and research projects
  • Listing on NIRN website

Affiliate Membership Cost: First year free, then £250 per year

Supporters

NIRN welcomes supporter organisations including universities and networks which support reuse and repair, community groups and social enterprises

Benefits include:

  • Access to NIRN team to help you connect with member network
  • Regular e-letters
  • Free access to at least one NIRN meeting and networking opportunity a year
  • Free access to NIRN conference
  • Listing on NIRN website as a supporter

Supporter membership cost:
Universities: First year free, then £250 per year
Reciprocal Members: £0 per year
