The Theory of Change helps organisations and community groups to identify all their achievements, the long lasting legacy of this work and in turn being to plan how to create greater impact for customers and clients.
By offering training to NIRN members in understanding and measuring their impact, it empowers groups with the knowledge and skills needed to better understand the outcomes of your work, make data-informed decisions, and maximise your positive influence within their communities.
