CAT works to improve the social and environmental life of Cloughmills by recirculating products throughout it’s community. Reuse of materials is a primary focus throughout their activities and some of the activities they undertake include redistribution of food destined for landfill through our Community Fridge, repair and redistribute bicycles through their ‘Hike and Bike’ project, coordinate a community waste exchange, repair furniture/other items through our Community Shed, re-purpose consumer goods and make these available for low cost hire through our Library of Things and is planning the launch a Repair Cafe as soon as practically possible.
