The Resurgam Community Development Trust is a membership organisation working with and for communities across Lisburn. We have a focus on regeneration using local skills and resources to ensure our communities can thrive and the people in them can reach their full potential. We seek to improve access to and use of green spaces within our communities through community gardens, growing programmes, bee keeping and reusing materials found in nature for group activities. We also run a community fridge which collects food not being sold (and therefore being put to waste) across a wide range of supermarkets, fast food restraunts and community gardens and offer this to people in the community who like us are passionate about reducing food waste. We also have a social enterprise that provides ground maintence and other services.
